Dear McDonald’s higher-ups. I have never been more disappointed. Me and my family came here one day, starving. We almost got jumped by one of your employees taking a smoke break in the bushes. Luckily, we scared him by beeping. When we made it to the ordering, it got worse. We waited at least 4 minutes for someone to take our order, and they sounded so un-enthusiastic. By the time I made it to the window my happiness had been drained and I was already texting my therapist. The man giving me my food was drained of emotion, and so was I. When I finally got my food, I already lost my appetite from the previous events. I tried to take a bite from my cheeseburger. WHAT IS THIS?? Cold… a cold, hard patty and unmelted cheese. I was almost in tears when pulling out of the lot, when I got t boned by someone and I am now in poor health writing this from urgent care. I will be expecting a full refund, and multiple sorry notes. Don’t make me bring this to court, I know a good lawyer. Please, for me…, for the sake of everyone, warm up ur cheeseburgers. I ordered a happy meal, french fries was cold, nuggets were nasty not fresh and got diced apples for oatmeal instead of apple slices. I also ordered the $5 meal deal with a McChicken and the lettuce was brown in several places and of course french fries were cold along with the nuggets being nasty. I was told by Savannah she would have to charge me for sweet tea after I had already paid for it.
When asking what her name was and the guy would took my order, she said WHAT and mumbled her name as well as his.
Noone is wearing name badges.
No hair nets are being worn for long hair Anthony has and he helped in the kitchen.
I also had to get my order for the $5 meal deal corrected.
I called the phone number provided at the counter for the general manager Brian, he said he would get with the employees about the concerns. He sounded very much like the one at the counter a very young guy.
The tables also needed to be cleaned.

Read moreOne of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had. I wish that I could do a ZERO. I pulled off of Pioneer Rd at 203. I pulled away from the window at 217. There was only 1 car in front of me, and they were pulled since my guess is that my order was ready. When I got to the window the gal was taking an order. She then took another order. She then took my money. Price was 6.09. I gave her 20.09. She accidentally put 20.00 into the register, so my change was going to be wrong. She couldn't figure out what my change should be. It took over 5 minutes with several people to figure out that my change needed to be 14.00. She then takes another order. She finally hands me my order,doesn't say 1 word to me, not even a damn apology for taking so long. Why is someone on a register that has no concept of 3rd grade math? That's management's fault.
