Didn't get my food because of an issue with the computer not allowing my payment from the app to go through. Received a conformation that it was paid for, money was taken from my account. They cancelled my order, understandably, but I still couldn't order food due to technical issues with the app. I left my wallet at home, not thinking it was needed as my payment was confirmed. I gave up on wasting anymore time trying because it had already been half an hour waiting for nothing. I wasn't really explained the refund situation, so I went back and asked. The younger girl with black hair and a headset rolled her eyes, nonchalantly put her hands above her head and strolled away without saying anything. She came back and told me it takes 3-5 business days for a refund. Could definitely talk to customers with a better attitude, possibly not look at them as if they're an inconvenience. If you don't want to be there then don't. No need to make people evek more miserable than they are after not getting their food they paid for. Yeah, let's wait 3-5 business days for that money back that I could have fed my kids with elsewhere. Tred to treat them to something and it's not only a shit show but then rude ass employees aren't making the day any easier on themselves or anyone else. Really appreciate Kim for what she did to try and help me, so sorry she has to work with such a miserable attitude...
Read moreCanton McDonalds is better. When I get the Spicy McCrispy sandwich... damn. GYAT damn. I have never seen a McDonalds do it like you guys do, and I travel for work. Do you put the sauce on one bun? Nah. Yall coat both buns. The chicken patty might just be dipped in a vat of sauce. And I love sauce, but it's insane. Spicy McCripsy is my go to, but I avoid this location entirely because of their sauce complications. It's bad. I don't even need a drink. Just give me an empty cup to ring my sandwich out in.
My second issue is the service. I will give credit where it is due, it has gotten better here over the years. But yall religiously miss stuff on my order. I have to check the bag every time and every time, something is wrong.
In summary, the food is goodish, the staff is okay and the restaurant is clean. Just don't order a Spicy McCripsy here!
PS: Lite ice shouldn't be half a cup. When I say lite ice, I'm visualizing like 5-6 ice cubes. Yall fill the cup with ice as standard practice... to save money on drinks I'm assuming? If I'm walking through a desert, that McDonalds ice would hit different. But in my car, which has working AC, I would enjoy more than 4 sips of tea in my drink. It's a 12 Oz cup with about 4...
Read moreSpeed of service is a major issue at this location. It can be summed up best by another customer waiting for a take out order: "We have a 30min lunch break, we can't wait 10min for fast food."
My order (QPC, fries and a soda) ordered in the app, for table service, took 14min. And when it was ready, they didn't bring it to my table (table # entered with the order), they just yelled my name and left it on the counter.
Another customer using curbside service sat parked for so long they eventually came into the store to get their order. They had been waiting at least five min in their car and it still wasn't even ready when they came in.
I don't understand how a McDonald's can be this slow. Staff don't even have to take orders any more, which should be the most time consuming part. The customers do all that work for you. It is literally now just making food...
