Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

The individuals writing these reviews are clearly NOT telling the truth. Without a doubt, this particular Dunkin Donuts location is the absolute WORST! It's truly baffling to me, considering I've been a loyal customer since the store's opening in 2016. The staff at that time was SIGNIFICANTLY superior compared to the current employees. Unfortunately, the current workers are OFTEN incompetent and CONSTANTLY make mistakes, whether it's when I place a mobile order or verbally communicate my order. I have even resorted to specifically requesting certain employees to handle my orders, as others seem incapable of understanding. Furthermore, the majority of the Spanish speaking employees prioritize and provide better service to their fellow Spanish speakers, while treating everyone else POORLY! These individuals frustrate me to no end, as their incompetence is evident, and they lack the necessary skills...

i’m pregnant, if my order (which is VERY simple) isn’t done properly after i repeated it multiple times… it ruins my day. i ordered a plain bagel toasted with extra cream cheese and emphasized the EXTRA. i had repeated it back to the cashier 3 times, i speak spanish so she told the other worker just the bagel toasted with cream cheese. i watched her put almost none on my bagel, so when she handed it to me i asked if it had the extra cream cheese. she said “you want extra?” i said yes please. she took it back, and took cream cheese off without me noticing. does this look like extra cream cheese to you?!? side weren’t bit, she didn’t cut the bagel either so i...

This is the best dunkin I have ever been to. Great and fast service, very clean, friendly staff. The lady in the front is very nice and friendly. Drinks always come out the way I want. The cook in the back makes every sandwich perfect and hash browns crispy. I always get the grilled cheese and he always makes it perfect crispy outside, soft inside. Don't know his name but an Asian dude who is very fast with the orders, commending you my friend! I will keep changing my way to get my breakfast from this dunkin for sure!...
