Portuguese Churrasqueira Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

Absolutely and utterly disgusted with the treatment and service from the owners (older man with grey hair)of that place!!..my family and I ordered pork ribs as we normaly do. they mistakenly gave us beef ribs. Mistakes happen. By the time we reached our home which is 15 minutes away from that establishment, and realized they gave us the wrong order we kindly called, and asked if we could return the wrong order in exchange for what we paid and originally ordered. The owner was very NASTY on the phone making all the excuses not to exchange the wrong order made by there establishment. He then said "What am I supposed to do with this" refering to the wrong order he gave me,that I specifically DID NOT ask for! he was disgustingly nasty instead of taking ownership to there wrong doing. Is that how you treat all your customers?? Bad business in the flesh way to satisfy your beloved custimers. I guess sometimes it doesn't pay to be nice to people even when they can be so evil and wicked...god doesn't like ugly so in the end you'll reap what you sow. I will NEVER RETURN as the loyal customer, I once was for this...

First time at this restaurant today, Food was great overall very tasty! Now the service was terrible, we sat & they didn’t give us the menus when the server asked what we wanted to order we didn’t have menus, there were two different people serving our table at the same time, we ordered our food eventually & literally the two servers didn’t even show up to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else, I feel like the servers need more experience in serving the guests & checking tables. One of my friends asked for a smoothie they forgot it until he told them “where is my drink”, so yes they need more experience in serving & attending guests when eating at a restaurant! That being said they also charge the tip on the bill too ! $25 dollars tip wasn’t worth the service...

I started commuting to my job 45min everyday and I wasn't familiar with the area, especially when trying to buy some lunch on my breaks, I stumbled upon portuguese churrasqueira restaurant and since day 1 I've made it a habit to come get food once a week ok maybe 2, but since coming here I always get treated with 5 star service, as well as I enjoy the food here, never fails to leave my stomach satisfied. Everything I step here I get treated like family. It's a spot I recommend highly to all my peers, price is reasonable and the food...
