Glauber's — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

This place is a hidden gem, especially if you aren't from the area. Which I am not FYI.

For small ordere or catering event with a shockingly great party planner a story for another time.

We have catered 100 percent of our famoly events here. My wife had a caterer cancel for no reason she called Glaubers needed a fast quote and party planner. They have never ordered anywhere since I assure that crowd was floored what a chasisic caterer can provide.

The location might be deceiving. it's not a palace, but the food is fit for a king. You can order in advance all emails with invoices and calls. The bakery , food, and appetizers are piled high. Even with a huge line, they know me. A family business is an understatement. Literally, there are 10. I believe family is every part of the business, and it shows.

Just a FYI. In all my years, I have never canceled. I prepaid by credit card for easy pickup boxed with your name already on the box. They expect to schlep to your car.

I had an unfortunate double booking at our temple. I didn't know, I called Glaubers to offer the food to another customer. They couldn't comp me for the cold cuts, but credited me for the rest. I was so happy. I called in my yearly large order. I usually get a call with my credit card. The receptionist called and asked for the card and said. " You know you have a credit here? Truly the finest in Heimishe Essen. We go there for the Thursday Night Buffet (aka The Hungarian Salad Bar). The cholent is meaty and flavorful, the yaptchik is simply divine, and the Gedempte Fleish reminds me of the old country. In addition, there's a wide array of takeout food that is all tasty and reasonably priced (I like the pretzel chicken tenders), a full bakery (Ukrainian Coffee Cake is the go-to move), and a good selection of dips and spreads. There are many vendors in the Heimishe Essen space in Monsey, but Glaubers really stands head and shoulders...

I buy my Shabbos order from there and the food was very delicious fresh and tasty, It's the best of the best I really recommend buying the from they're deli from there. they have the most delicious deli in Rockland County. Also the bakery there is delicious the dips and everything. The Service is fast and friendly, They are located in the prime of Monsey and also the hours are really great because they are closing right before the Zaman and if you forgot something you can always go...
