La Baguette BAKERY and BISTRO — Restaurant in Town of Ramapo

This place food is semi okay, but what’s extremely shocking is the customer service, so this morning I made an order, cause the hold point of ordering is so you can walk in and grab your food and leave, so I had to wait and line for 10min or more when I came to get my food, so when the cashier girl got to me she completely skipped over me to the person behind me just because she knew her, so I told her I ordered and gived her my name and I was and line before this women and she said “well am serving her right now so just wait when am done” so I looked at her like I was here first and order and again she says just wait tchuipppp and we are only 2 people working. SMH the only think left to say if you paying your money and don’t want to be disrespected go somewhere else cause this animal don’t deserved to be representing...

Worst customer service ever( never a good morning, thank you, or a smile). They don't seem to care about the customers that are putting in their pockets. Anyway, my 3 year old ask me for patties. Took her with me to go buy some paties. Bought all three kinds ( 6 patties) . Not only the patties were hard and chewy but they stale( left over for at least 2 days). Neither my daughter or I could eat them. Decided to call and complain. The lady I spoke with had no remorse and was unapologetic. I told her the patties weren't good and that we could not eat them. She replied" do you want to bring them back? I wish I could bring them back but I had things to do. They just lost a long time customer. The patties no longer taste good and customer service...

The people who are working here are very disrespectful, today I ask to buy a mais moulin, she gave it to me without no source, she said she will not putting no sauce on it, after I keep telling her to put sauce for me in the mais moulin , she keep refusing to put sauce for me in the mais moulin, and also, she opened the cover of the mais moulin with her fingers without no gloves, and she was talking in the top of the mais moulin, and she told no mais moulin for you anymore, I was thinking that customers are the king, the employees are supposed to respect the customers, but in my case the employees who are working in the labaguette are very disrespectful, that’s not a good place for...
