I ordered Online through Uber eats and went to pick up my order when it said that the order was ready for pick up. When I got there, I was told to wait for my order. I waited for more than 10 minutes after this. When I went to ask, I was told that the orders are prepared when the customer arrives at the store. I have never heard this before and it makes absolutely no sense. After waiting some more and watching others receive their orders before me after they had ordered in store, the very rude female employee calls me over and asks to see my order. I show her what I have from Uber eats and tell her my name. She gets increasingly more rude, asking to see where it says my name in the receipt and after I show what I have and tell her my name once again, she then starts making my order. Then when it’s time to hand it to me, she places the order behind the protective glass on the counter, expecting me to reach underneath the glass for my order. She has handed over every order before this to each customer. I did not want to reach under the glass without being told it was okay but the rudely told me to take my food and motioned with her hand for me to hurry up and out of the way. Very rude. I made it a point just now to check that they at least got the order correct in front of the manager but didnt think I had to actually count the chicken pieces. I ordered an 8 pc all white meat, charged me extra and shorted me two breasts. Tried calling them and the phone rang for 5 mins straight and no one picked. Cant wait till the new Nanuet location opens up so I never have to go to this location again. The manager was more worried about sticker labels on the box with the buffalo wings then anything else. The staff there is horrible

Read moreMy daughter ordered from popeyes as a walkin and after she ordered 1/4 popcorn shrimp combo and a surf and turf combo. It came out to 24.09. After she paid for the food, the so called "supervisor" Moe tells her they don't have any shrimp which was 90 percent of the order. We asked for a refund and Moe said he could not give her a refund only could exchange for another item but they barely had any other options. No mild tenders,no shrimp,no white meat,no dark meat,no nothing. Only Moe offered my daughter the nuggets and which I then I had to ask, "Can she at least get a store credit." Moe tried to tell her no. Finally, an associate advised that he can give her Store credit. She advised the receipt could remain in the back and allowed me to take a picture of the receipt. She remained very professional unlike Moe the supervisor was snickering in the background. He was very disrespectful and does not deserve to be a supervisor at Popeyes.
