Hear this……the lady in the front got to go…..Like NOW!!! Let’s Go No joke but I had it with her she is very rude, and will stare at you like she is day dreaming about hell. First of all she won’t answer calls if you calling for a takeout, and when she do answer she is not professional. I read other people reviews and I completely agree with them. About not giving out enough chutni Don’t know how to wrap kabab rolls Constantly touching her forehead and hair while serving food and dipping her nails right into people’s beryani. 🤮 You can clearly tell that she is not happy and not a happy person. Today I got everything that requires Riata and she gives me 2 tiny mini ones lol. While ringing me up she wants me to notice the total on the screen myself because she is again day dreaming and can’t say it. Also they charged you over price. One person will charge you one price yet another will charge you different for the same darn thing. 2 customers walk in while she was ringing me and they were waiting to hear from her the word “Yes” or what can I get you…..but nothing Anyhow I can go on and on and on. Read moreDera Restaurant used to be great & awesome when Khalid Bhai was there & we used to notice that most customers were happy to come there but with these new employees being there, most customers are a bit unhappy. Additionally, their seating area in the Spring Valley, NY Location has become horrible. This Restaurant location is also not very clean inside anymore either. They seem cheap to spend money to improve restaurant but they surely have jacked up their prices on all their menu & their afternoon buffet. They also serve very little food for the menu high prices, just to make you spend more money. Horrible!!!
Dera really needs someone like Khalid Bhai to work there, who made customers happy. Additionally, the owners (male & female) also don't seem very friendly to all or even try to get to know their customers either. No smile, no greeting, etc.!!!

Read moreWOW what a bad experience and customer service. Took my family this morning for "Brunch Buffet" and when we arrived the chairs were still on top of the tables as if they were still closed. Apon arrival, one of the workers asked, "what do you need"? I mean, what do you think sir? I come into a restaurant to eat. Anyway, one of the workers started putting the chairs down and said the food will be ready soon. We waited for almost 1 hour and couldn't wait any longer, we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Atleast have the chai out or offer some samosas while we waited. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't advertise the restaurant is open at 10am then don't have anything ready. We arrived after 11am and still nothing was ready. Please avoid this place until there is...
