I am enjoying Roxbury during my extended airbnb stay in the area. The Watershed has become a daily routine for me, whether it be one of their incredible smoothies ("Classique" my fave), or yummy sandwiches. The really extra special part is the atmosphere. There are several venues to savor, and I love how they've incorporated nature. The major bonus 🙌 is that they allow well-behaved pets. I'm addicted to their BLAT with the addition of turkey. They only use high-quality meats, and everything I've had here is 5 star. The staff is friendly and welcoming. On Tuesdays, they have "Take Out Tuesday" from 5-7 p.m. But with July 4th only 2 days from now, they had a special cookout event that was awesome! I'm over 1,000 miles from home, and they have made me feel so comfortable. The vibe here is off the chart laid back....

They were playing dance pop at 9/10am, had a shop-dog, a retail space for local makings (like a general store), and are LGBT friendly. Genuinely could not ask for a more perfect space for a young crowd. The best way to describe it is if you’ve ever wanted to visit Rose Apothecary from Schitt’s Creek, this is it, and I hope that comes off strictly as a compliment. On top of all this of course, the food was delicious. There is also a TON of seating with a variety of vibes, depending on what you are looking to do in the space (eg. study, socialize,...
Read moreStayed in Roxbury for a weekend getaway with my husband. We had a snack and a coffee at the Watershed. My husband had a latte and I had an Americano, and we both split the homemade donut. Coffees were delicious and perfect. The donut (which the workers nicely and wisely warmed up for us) was delicious. I also bought one of the best chocolate milks I have ever had there in the small store in the back. If you are in the area and need coffee definitely look them up! You won't be disappointed. (They also had meal options aside from baked goods, but my husband and I were full and passed this time but everything looked yummy.) Definitely will be heading back to Watershed next time we're in the area...
