I'm so disappointed in this franchise location. I've been going here for a long time. When you use a drive thru you're reasonably expecting your food at the drive thru window. Instead they constantly ask you to pull up in their incredibly small lot and wait for your food. When asked why they claim they're on a timer. Ok...so you want corporate to believe you service your customers within seconds to look good. I get that. However...we are the customers. You're now asking us to inconvenience ourselves in order to cover up your actual service time. Here's the issues with this. We paid for a drive thru when we pulled up. That's the expectation as to how we get the small order we put in at the order window. When you ask us to pull up there's nowhere to wait in front because it's where cars enter and exit. I was almost hit a few times by other customers trying to leave/enter/park and come out of the drive thru line on multiple occasions. You want me not only to inconvenience myself by waiting in front but also inconvenience others by now blocking the parking lot. In what world does this make sense? There were no cars behind me today in the drive thru. I ordered omelet bites and a coffee. That's it. It's 100% reasonable for me to expect that at the window without the extra stress of blocking others especially after you take my money and THEN ask me to pull in front. And the manager rolled her eyes and the guy serving the window closing the window when I tried to express my displeasure in a nice way (in all honesty) at first (because I did lose my cool at the eye rolls) is not exactly good service etiquette.
For anyone accepting this just realize making dd corporate believe that they service you in seconds when they clearly don't just puts the stress on you just for patronizing and paying for their coffee. Can't charge 3.50 for coffee and treat people like you're doing them a favor. I have a right to nicely tell them this isn't ok without eye rolls.
Next time they ask you to do this say no if it inconveniences you...maybe if more people say something they can actually retain their location and we don't end up with another empty storefront...
Read moreI was happy about the convenience of the location but we will go back to portion road…. I’ve placed large orders and personal small orders through the app and not and I can say the same thing with all of them… whoever the female working the order taking on the drive thru has cost you my business and from what I hear other ex customers as well. (She might even be a supervisor or mgmt) From the start, the order placement, which is the beginning of a customers experience I am rushed and made to feel like I bothered you. Not good! From now on we will go to Jeco’s deli next door or the busier Dunkin Donuts on Portion. Just 1 more thing…. Who puts 3 Boston crème donuts in a bag divided by Dunkin paper napkins… c’mon. So, both items are a Mess. The donuts’ icing is now All Over the Napkin and the napkin cannot be used because it has the food I just paid for all over it. I hate to have to write a review like this but after too many recent experiences I had to let you know. -Personal skills for the woman. -Training on putting donuts with icing in a bag with...
Read moreDisgusting, service and atmosphere. Stay away from here. The three girls working the drive thru window apparently are too good to help get tea when there is a customer at the counter. Chit chatting away having total disregard. ( there was no one at the drive thru lane )
The second time coming here. There was a girl sweeping up the floor, waited a few minutes at the counter to place my order..no one helped out. I ask the girl if I can place an order, she came to assist me. Immediately she grabbed a box and asked what I needed. I replied I need for you to wash your hands before you touch any donuts. She looked disgusted and upset I made such a request. I walked out.
With all the 1 star review you would think a manager or store owner would be quick to respond, not one response to correct anything. Keep this in mind before...
