Ralph's Italian Ices of Nesconset — Restaurant in Town of Smithtown

I absolutely love Ralph, but this location is absolutely horrible. I asked for the Arctic cake shake, which usually comes with whip cream and sprinkles. They gave me a different shake that tasted like it had coconut milk in it, and when I questioned it and asked her if this was the cake shake she said yeah and then I said I thought it was the one on the screen like how I pointed to And and she said oh that’s the birthday cake one but when you look on the menu, there is no such thing as a Arctic birthday cake. This was my first time visiting this Ralph's location. I was greeted with a very pleasant hi, welcome to Ralph's! It's owner was there and she was wonderful. The store was clean and had so many different options. I took my time and ordered something for everyone in my family. The owner was great and I didn't feel rushed and they helped me by recommending some of the wonderful flavors to offer. They offer ices, cream ices, soft serve and sundaes. Would recommend this location to others looking for a cool treat...

Awful I asked for a different lid for my sons ice and the kid behind the counter said "no we just use those for our soft serve ice cream". Really?? Its just a lid! So instead he had the nerve to put a piece of paper towel over my sons blue raspberry ice and plop it in the white bag and send it to go! The nerve!!!!! Horrible customer service and very rude! They are lucky my kid loves this place or I would never go back....
