Subway — Restaurant in Town of Sodus

Once again i thought i would give them 1 more time. ... Joke was on me. The best worker is no longer there 😢 it has new owner and a very young staff. Went in today 10/04/2021 and the girl was waiting on another customer and he said why didnt you wrap the sub and she told him that they are not allowed to use the sub wrap paper any longer she just put the foot long sub in a brown paper bag to me that is very unsanitary and the sub was falling all over inside the bag.. As we where in line another customer came in and said she had placed an online order and it was wrong should of been a foot long turkey with cheese toasted with lettuce peppers ect and she received a 2six inch turkey sub with just turkey the girl was very rude and. Stated she didnt see it on the online it on the online order they customer pulled out her copy of the rec and clear as day it said what the customer wanted .. They place was un clean money laying on the counter where they do the prep to make subs. We turned. A round and left that. GOD KNOW'S THE TRUTH!!!!! So I got my food from this "restaurant" we will call it. Store #56646 in Sodus N.Y. Service was HORRIBLE! I got a woman named Rebecca and let me tell you I REFUSE to go back! Not only was my bread STALE TO THE MAX NOT FRESH MADE my cookie was as well. I believe she also SPIT IN OUR FOOD I looked away for a few minutes to handle my child and shes leaning away from my sub face first!!!! Also I don't believe the employees (Rebecca) should be dipping their fingers in the "cookie jar" AKA tip jar. That was completely UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY UNSANITARY! Easily the least professional group of employees I've ever seen in a restaurant. In the 25 minutes it took me to get a sub, I had to listen to how difficult it was to work there, watch the people behind the counter routinely snap at customers and treat them badly, and generally just be loud and obnoxious. As I was ringing out I mentioned that the experience had been less than ideal, and the employee told me "it's Sodus".
