My car was totaled on January first and I didn't think I would ever be able to afford a replacement. I was worried my credit wouldn't be good enough to qualify for financing for anything, let alone something nice. I woke up this morning with the feeling that today is the day to buy a car. I knew I wanted to go to the Ryan Phelps Auto Sales Sodus location because my husband bought a vehicle there last fall and was very satisfied. I know Ryan and think he's a great person with great integrity. I also met Sam Hudson when my husband was making his purchase and she is AMAZING! I went in today thinking I would have a little bit of a chance of finding something that would work and left with an amazing vehicle that is nicer than anything I've ever owned, and I qualified! I went to Ryan Phelps to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I got there the staff greeted me and asked if I would like to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. As soon as I took it for a drive I could tell that they checked their vehicles and they did any necessary repairs and updates needed. They have a repair shop at this location. The entire Staff was very professional and very friendly. The owner and Sales people are very knowledgeable and very educated in financing. Sammantha the sales person made the entire purchase stress free and she handled everything. I was sitting nice and comfy in her office while she handled the entire financing deal with the Lenders. I met Ryan the owner he is the nicest guy. Ryan came into Sales office and introduced himself, then he offered me water and Chocolates. I was very impressed with the way the sale was handled.
