This location is very finicky about accepting coupons on the DQ app.
I love DQ. I also LOVE a BOGO coupon for a blizzard, Iâm not going to lie. ButâŚ.. sadlyâŚ. This location, despite having nice staff and great hours, is very fussy about accepting coupons from the DQ app (and probably any other coupons if they exist) so, donât drive out of your way to use a coupon here, you will probably leave disappointed, as we did tonight. For many times I came to this DQ, they had a sign on their drive they saying they didnât accept coupons in the drive thru. OK- no problem, I can park and come in. Now they have had problems accepting them inside as well. At first it was âoh our scanner isnât working todayâ and now it is âit stopped working so we just wonât honor itâ. HmmmmâŚ. OK. No problem. There is a Culverâs across the street that mails me coupons on physical paper and they donât seem to have a problem accepting them.
So, if youâre hoping to use your DQ app to score a deal, I would maybe try the other DQâs in the area. Or sign up for the Culver...

I thought I missed something online, the only place I could find was under the customizing section saying you may be up charged for âadditional or special ingredients requestedâ. All I had asked for was writing on the cake. This is how awful the handwriting and spacing was and underlined for some reason. They also smeared the frosting boarder while writing. I have to redo the writing on my own. There are also about half of the flowers actually pictured on the original order. I would not have cared about the quality of writing or the lack of flowers nearly as much if I wasnât charged for them! Went with my family today to have lunch, The person that took my order James was very rude, while we were placing our order our food came with sundaes and I asked for sprinkles and he yelled that he had to charge us extra for sprinkles I told him it was ok, then my husband started to place his order and he cut him off saying all the things that came in that burger, at that point we were confused of why he was doing that and he said he did not understood that we said meal. We love DQ and your products but someone with that attitude should not be working at customer service or being the first interaction we get as customers. DQ do better and look into this, dont know if he is a manager but with that poor people skills and customer service I could not recommend any family...
