It is just a wondrous place. I was frantically looking for a bakery who makes gluten free vanilla cupcakes with fresh strawberry buttercream for my niece’s birthday with no success. I saw it on the menu from winter and went in and the owner said yes that he would do this for me. You need to give them a few days notice. I picked them up yesterday and they were like heaven on earth, so tasty and moist. They made the bbq a great success . They even have one of the cupcakes in their display case. Read moreThis is simply an excellent bakery. It is run by a multigenerational Swiss Family and their food and ingredients are authentic , fresh, delicious , and rarely found on Long Island. I enjoyed two of their sandwiches (expecting to only have one but afterwards couldn’t wait) and was thrilled to try their authentic fresh pretzels , which are so rarely found outside of German speaking Europe and very different from typical American or NY pretzels.
