A brilliant little (local) spot which, if it were anywhere else, might be described as a restaurant with a "theme." It's a place almost stuck in time. The sands of the terrestrial hourglass have seemingly forgotten about it. Inside the unassuming four walls you'll find a basic, simple menu where food is done well and competently cooked. It's a spot for the salt of the earth, for neighbors, for community. Refills of your coffee flow as freely as the conversations had. There is no mistaking it for one of the many places where one might mortgage a house in order to pay for hash browns and homefries. It's a place I've grown to love, one of the few out there. No pretention, just honesty.

"Just have a little patience," I told my table. Then we saw a table that sat down 15 minutes after we did get their food. The bros that sat down 20+ minutes before we did? The guy had a great personality got our orders right and checked in ever so often. Hamburgers are gigantic, fresh cut fries, salads were awesome. Plenty of parking located on North side of Hwy.
