Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

The good news is that the delivery arrived exactly at the time i requested it to arrive, and the pizza was okay. However, as soon as I opened the "mild" wings, my eyes smarted. The wings were hot and spicy. I immediately called to complain and they agreed to send a replacement. But the replacement was also too spicy to eat. I had to run them in cold water to get the hot sauce off them and they were barely edible. Then we were eating our spinach-feta cheese bread and my wife said where's the spinach? She was right, no spinach and cheddar cheese instead of feta. I didn't call for a replacement on that. The cheese bread was good but not what we ordered. They need to pay attention to the accuracy of their orders, and ensure that their "mild" wings are not slathered...

I did an online order. Said my order was out for delivery 15 mins after order so I was very excited.... and this is where everything went wrong. The online service said 20 mins after it went out for delivery that it was delivered, but in-fact it was NOT delivered. I then called the pizzeria, which also took 10 minutes to speak with someone, and they said "sometimes the online service is faster than our drivers" I informed them it had been 10 mins since it said delivered. They said "there is nothing we can do from inside the store". An hour and 30 mins after the order was placed the delivery was finally made, this was 40 mins AFTER the call to the pizzeria. Absolutely ridiculous, they didn't even say they would refund me or give me any...

I’ve given this locations few chances. Once the pizza came as though it was crushed. Another time it took close to 2 hours for our food. And now this time the food was supposed to come with 2 dipping sauce of blue cheese and nothing. So when they screwed up the delivery I was sent a coupon for a free pizza or points so I went to use that coupon today and lo and behold it was expired. So I just called the location and was asked to please hold, which I did and 5 minutes later no one came back to the phone....
