Tom & Jerry's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Town of Southeast

Very disappointed with the Corned Beef Reuben I had this evening.There was no flavor!, the bread was soggy, the sandwich was almost cold...most likely from the kitchen staff...or the cute waitress neglecting to make sure everything was on point, Rookies. My mistake i should of caused more of a scene to let the establishment be well aware of the scrubs that are present in the restaurant. I mean for gods sake lady i walked into the restaurant with a half eatin sandwich, some fries, and a whole bunch garbage to ask you where the trash was...you looked at the to go tin with my food and just grabbed it from me, didnt think to ask if everything was ok or make some kind of effort? haha at least you made some effort of apologizing for my order taking longer...

Some of the worst service I've ever endured. Gina couldn't possibly have been more discurteous. Our group regularly spends a gracious sum of money in any establishment we decide to adopt. We had been there a few times prior and had a good time.the two other bartenders were fun and attentive. Then we met GINA. Quite possibly the most miserable person I've ever seen behind a bar and I've owned a bar/restaurant for 40 years. After frequenting SEVERAL establishments in the area it seem GINA is famous for her gift of being rude, miserable, condescending, and down right mean. Our group regularly spends 300 a night at least 3 nights a week. I cannot wait to never spend another dime at Tom...

Not so clean. Walkway to bathroom is a broken up floor. Dirt and dust in the bathroom is so disgusting. To dark to see my food. Small size steak sandwich. Mozzerella sticks were good. Waitress not really aware of the menu. Better than my last visit. But probably will not be back. 3 visits and nothing spectacular. Many other outstanding places in the area that deserve...
