Coffee is good. I enjoyed it. What I didn’t like was being treated as if I was a burden ordering coffee. The two people working there acted as if I was a piece of garbage. The one who rang me up had zero personality and seemed annoyed that I was ordering a coffee. After I had ordered , I waited a little bit so I could pay, but the girl never said a thing and was just standing there , then I realized the price on the register screen in-front of me and paid. Not even a “it’s this much” or “are you paying with a card or cash” etc. Then the one who made my coffee acted the same way. Had an annoyed look and then when I said thank you have a good one, she acted like I wasn't even there. She was all smiles to the elderly couple that came in after me though. For a small town shop and a place with decorations that one would assume to be a safe nice place, it was very uninviting. Now yes there are always two sides, We didn’t come in like a train or be overly aggressive or rude. We said hello ,looked at the menu for second and ordered. Not sure if if maybe they thought I was someone I wasn’t or my ethnicity (I hate even saying that) or my clothing possibly? I was in all black , maybe they don’t like that, or maybe they knew I wasn’t a local to that town? I honestly don’t know. Either way I was dissatisfied with the workers but aside from that , the...

I had a cappuccino which had a really pleasant lingering aftertaste that I particularly like from coffee. Pastries etc all looked amazing. I have to say that food quality is as important to me as coffee quality at a coffee shop… especially if you’re going to go on a daily basis (if you’re a local). I had a cinnamon bun which was really great — and not overly sweet (points for that). Pro tip: they make their capp’s Italian style (almost all foam) so if you’re like me and prefer a mix of milk and foam let them know when you order. Everyone was...
Read moreHands down the coziest and friendly cafe I've been to recently! My friends and I were on a trip and were searching for some morning coffee and pastries. The owner and barista were so friendly and the cherry danish and mint mocha were DIVINE (we were able to get our hands on freshly baked ones).
Also can't go wrong with the nostalgic interior that was fully decorated by the owner. He let us take as many photos and videos as we wanted to 🤩
There's also a shop attached to the cafe that sells hoodies, tees, tote bags, trinkets etc. if you're looking for cute souvenirs.
Highly highly recommend if you're ever visiting the Stamford area or just...
