I absolutely love chick-fil-a, I go out my way to make sure I stop every time I see one. However, my experience at this one was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were made to wait to get our food last, after about 10 people came, ordered after us but left before us. We didn’t get much just two meals and still were treated as if our money wasn’t green.
The young woman with the blonde hair was so repulsive. She had gloves on but still was touching her nose, touching her lips, scratching her head, scratching her arms all while bagging peoples food. Management was no better. The manager was using a gloves hand to pour fries into the fries container that he was holding with an ungloved hand. I would never ever ever come back to this location. I honestly don’t know how they got their franchise or are keeping it.
The food is slightly higher priced than a normal CFA (which is to be expected as it’s at on a freeway service stop with zero competition). The food is normal CFA quality, but the service is slow and not the usual polite or kind CFA workers. I’ve not once heard anyone reply with the token “My Pleasure.”
Also, they don’t take the Chick-Fil-A one app, so you can’t order ahead, and there’s no drive thru. All this not to mention the fact you can only get here from the west-bound lane. No entry from the east. Nearest freeway exits that would allow you to go back is 30 miles round trip. Very...
Read moreDefinitely my worst CFA experience. 4 cashiers with no customers, standing around on their phones while the one person bagging food assembled 5-7 orders at a time before handing them out to those waiting all at once. The orders were cleared off the screen before they were completed to trick the speed of service stats and no manager was in sight. The only person that got their food quickly was the young lady that worked in the store next to them, which I believe was a Starbucks. She got her order immediately after placing it. The rest of us had to wait 7-15 minutes until the "expediter" brought everything to the counter at once. No team. No leader.
