They don’t ever deliver any more like they used to. I would order several times and now everytime I call there’s no delivery drivers?! I talked to a manager about it and her response was. If u can find me someone that wants to work and stay here then maybe we can deliver ur food to u?! It’s insane.. never used to be like this.. I’ve asked to speak with the owner several times no return call!

The respond to this is insane lol. I’m definitely ENTITLED if I’m the paying customer YES lol and that’s what your advertising delivery?.

As far as a staffing issue that’s business and u have to figure that out on ur own not just say we can’t find someone and offer a service u can’t deliver. That’s just bad business. Don’t say we deliver then don’t or can’t!

Clearly the terms of ur delivery drivers are underpaid if they are not staying or wanting the job you are offering. If the money was right which clearly it’s not they would stay it’s just that simple… Delivery is a convenience yes and you advertise u deliver but most of the time u can’t…

Why would I want to talk to the owner maybe to inform them on what’s going on? But clearly u are the owner and know and haven’t fixed it?? Why because u can’t deliver more money to these drivers that need it or to the people that want to apply for the position up the wage and you might have better luck.

I don’t see a huge future for your company if you’re going to respond to a valid review. Which u have admitted you can’t deliver. SO STOP ADVERTISING THAT YOU CAN. Thats FALSE...

Edited to give 4 stars instead of 3 after owner reaching out to me to make the cake incident right. He offered a full refund for the cake which I think is fair.

We booked a birthday party here. The facility on the inside was very nice and well kept. I mainly booked at 3C bc they offered better hours than the fort drum bowling alley. I thought the prices were bit expensive for what yoy got. My package was 2lanes, cake, 2 pizzas, and 2 liter sodas for just over $400 including tax and tip. So little is offered in the area for birthday parties I bit the bullet. Unfortunately when they presently the cake to me it had a deep crack throughout it. I figured there was nothing I could at that point, but it would have been nice if I was offered it for free or an extremely big discount. Who provides a cake that isn't perfect or close to it at a party? Because of the condition of the cake cutting lead to it falling part. Also be prepared to pay in CASH OR CHECK ONLY. I wasn't and apparently it was stated online, but I must have missed it. I had several emails with the people, and it was never mentioned. I just think with it being 2022 it should definitely be stated clearly especially when the client asked about deposits. The most important thing is the kids enjoyed themselves and I am grateful for that. The pizza was very good. I think they should allow you to bring your own store bought cake or CUPCAKES OR provide a cake...

I ordered delivery from 3C Bowl on a sunny Tuesday afternoon/evening. The person on the phone was attentive and had quickly taken my name number address and method of payment. I ordered a side Summer Salad(Arugula, Pineapple Salsa, pickled red onions, cucumbers, and Green Goddess dressing) and a large Nashville Hot Chicken Pizza. The delivery driver Amanda was prompt, friendly, and took great care with my food! Stoked! I started with the salad and absolutely devoured it. The salsa was fresh and fruity, while the dressing paired perfectly with the cucumber and arugula. I can see myself ordering the larger size salad with chicken or shrimp. Some greens are an absolute necessity when you're about to feast on delicious pizza!

As for the Nashville Hot Chicken pizza. This was a great treat. The spice was just the right level of heat without distracting from the flavor. There was a solid amount of chicken and the chopped pickle was a perfect compliment. Looking forward to trying more of their menu! ...
