I live close by and have gone to Caputi's a handful of times. The atmosphere in nice and the food is good. This review has to do with my recent experience, not the entirety of my visits. Tuesday night they have a great 75c wing deal which I've taken advantage of in the past with friends. I have been isolating because I recently tested positive for covid- a standard procedure. My fiancé and I really wanted wings tonight so I called for a takeout order. The woman quoted me full price and I explained to her my situation. She told me no exceptions for the deal because the deal is only for dine-in even with my current situation. I asked her if she wanted me to come in, still sick, and order two single order of wings and then go ahead to just place them into take out boxes and leave. All she said was sorry this is the rule. I've worked in the food industry for near 10 years of my life and I know for a fact my prior management would go ahead and make an exception for a regular customer in this scenario. I felt this was a very poor decision for Caputi's management to "stick to their guns" against a customer who has valued...

EDIT: I usually get the ceasar chicken wrap, but the last two times I wanted a burger. First time I ordered medium and it was well done. Last time I ordered medium rare and it was even more well done. The meat was completely dried out, and the "Cajun seasoning" was about 90% salt and made a couple of bites of the burger hard to even swallow because it was so heavily caked on. Both times our did had taken forever to come out, which seems to be much more of a function of the kitchen using poor time management and overcooking food as opposed to the number of diners, of which there were few. There are much better burger places around, so unless you want some of their other bar food, I'd skip Caputi's.
