Had to repeat order in drive through 3 times.. mind you just ordered a large coffee with one sugar two cream.. Get to window and cashier is handing me food. Said only ordered coffee. Then argues with me telling me I ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels.. umm no .. literally was arguing with me. After asking for a manager I get a huff and attitude.. manager then advised employee of error after suspending an order and not going back to original. I went through the drive thru and the cashier had an attitude. No greeting. I handed my money to her and no smile or anything. I asked for a receipt and she actually made me reach closer to her instead of her moving closer to me to trach for both my receipt and change which was rolled into the receipt. I said, "Thank you." I took my daughter to Dunkin this morning, and the service was really bad!!!!! I ordered two meals and then pulled up to the window after being pushed through the drive through. Then at the window they forgot to give me my orange juice and coffee and they insisted that they already gave it to me, and my daughter said to them " no you didn't " after the min. of arguing back and forth, then after making my kid was cry, they gave me my orange juice and coffee.
