The last two times I have gone to this specific location near my house, the service has been horrible. The first time they got my order completely wrong. That happens, I guess. I called customer service because I drove home and didn't want to drive back to the Tim Hortons location. On hold for 45 minutes and just finally hung up.
This time it was a complete disaster. I order an ice cap and smoothie and drove up to the drive through. I scanned my Tims app paying for the order. The female server handed me the smoothie and ice cap. I gave them to my wife and drove away. Had to stop because they were leaking all over my car, clothes, etc. I drove all the way around and handed them back to the host and said these are leaking, can you make me another one.
She said they were leaking because of the cap, Ill give you a cup to put those in. I told her, I'm driving, can you do it for me. She took the drinks and seemed to be angry about me asking her to do her job, poured them into another cup spilling it all over the sides leaking all over the place again, and then tried handing them back to me. I looked at her and drove away.
I called customer service expecting to get a refund for my order that I left at the restaurant and they were no help at all. They offered me 80 points after spending 30 minutes on the phone collecting information from about the incident.

Read moreWent through the drive through there was 2 separate orders. First order was a iced cappuccino, 2 peppermint mocha latte hot. 2nd order was ice peppermint mocha latte cold. We got our drinks 3 of them were hot and then we said that the one was supposed to be cold and then they gave us a COLD ICE COFFEE. We felt bad we went and parked and then one of us ended up going back in and told them that it was a ice cappuccino.. I don’t know how they could mess that up 2x. After we were all in the car we tasted our drinks the one was hot peppermint mocha latte and the other hot drink was not even close and was some burnt coffee and I realized my drink was a regular mocha latte ice and not even peppermint... I had never had one so I didn’t exactly realize it until we already drove the way home.. we didn’t wanna complain again and go back in after 3x of them Messing it up seriously how could they mess all of our orders multiple times besides 1. Never will we ever go there again due to the lack of knowledge of how to make the drink the costumer wanted.. They put my orders in different places and I did not realize that so I waited at the spot where the finished orders were. I ordered two drinks and food. My food was given to me at the spot where the orders came out. I was waiting for my drinks since I didn’t get them yet, and staff asked me what I was waiting on. I told her what I was waiting for and she then proceeds to rudely point me to one of my drink that was set on top of the counter at the register. I then went back to wait for my second drink patiently and staff rudely asked what I was still waiting for and told her peer if she made “my coffee because she doesn’t know why I’m still there” with an attitude. Then the peer that she was talking to yelled “I only have to hands” towards me. Before and during the whole situation I was patiently waiting and continued to stay calm. I never once rushed them or gave them problems about my orders because I understood how busy they were.
