Wow!!! Fantastic cheeseburger. I've been told about it for a while and didn't believe the hype. Smashburger style and perfect in every way (I wouldn't mind better katchup as an option) but the burger with their sauce was fantastic so I was fine without it. The surprise star of the show was my side of jalapeño poppers. Honestly the best poppers I've ever had. I'm not sure if they're homemade, but they have a crisp breading (not smooth batter like most frozen styles) - nice spice and a really good cheese inside. I may have to get an large side of them next time. I cannot wait to go back and get the same things.
It's not super obvious how to get here (esp if you're not there to golf) but very much worth the adventure... With the barn on your left, you'll pass that and see a small building attached to the back, the first door on the left says "Tap-In Bar and Grill" on a glass window. Although a golf-course, it was pretty casual and relaxed. Very chill on...

On top of that it has a lovely view out onto a verdant golf course. Truly idyllic. It was such a pleasant surprise to find the traditional pub food so well done but also the freshest salads to satisfy both ends of the spectrum in our party. We were surprised to find that the Tap-In is currently mainly patronized by golfers passing through -- since the food, drinks, and hospitality stood out as being at a much higher caliber than other places in the region. No better way to close out a nice day on...
