New York Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Ulysses

Well I am disappointed. My pizza looked great but they got my order incorrect. I knew the red sauce had cheese in it so I asked for pesto sauce, no cheese, several toppings. Also ordered another pizza and specifically asked for red sauce, cheese, other toppings on that one. Open boxes when I get home. No-red-sauce pizza has red sauce. Call the store. At first they offer to remake it. Then "the boss" says he won't remake it because "......complicated order." What? How complicated is sauce + toppings? I don't get it and I am pretty bummed out to have spent $52 on pizzas that weren't made to my order and weren't corrected. Two stars because my cheese-eating friend says it tasted good. I...

Extremely unsanitary practices. Employee (the Asian guy) touched and handled pizza just after he mopped the floor without washing his hands. Very unfriendly and did not apologize, pretended to not understand me because I’m Chinese even though I go to Cornell and speak perfect English. There were no apologies and they did not remake our food, just gave us our money back and demanded us to get out. Absolutely outrageous as the cheese pizza looked anything but appetizing. If you are in Trumansburg and want pizza, this is the place to go. So delicious, other pizza doesn't really compare! Thin crust with quality sauce and cheese. Amazing selection of pizzas by the slice at lunch time, with only a couple available slice options at dinner time. Whole pizzas made to order anytime. My go-to combos are sausage, peppers and onions, or feta, tomato and onion... although you can never go wrong with just cheese! Eat in, or take it to go.
