Have been going here for 20+ years. Last night, the first thing I noticed was different people working there. I ordered pizza, chicken tenders and supreme nachos. The food is definitely not what it used to be. Pizza crust was thin, not the “crispy on the outside soft on the inside” crust it used to be. The nachos didn’t have any salsa or sour cream on them. Just some ground beef, very few tomatoes, olives and some cheese sauce. And the chicken tenders were not those wonderful pieces of meat we used to get at Kristofer’s. They used to be thick, juicy pieces of all white meat chicken. Now, they are thin and the meat I’m guessing isn’t all white meat since when you try to cut a piece, those stringy- like tendon things are apparent. We were so disappointed. It used to be so good.
Finally, I watched the bartender pour my drink. My daughter commented how much rum he put in my glass. It was a lot!! However, when I went to drink it (Malibu Rum and pineapple), it tasted watered down. It should have tasted strong with the amount of alcohol he put in there but I didn’t taste much alcohol at all.
The service was fine but unfortunately, after going here for so many years, we won’t be going...
Read moreVery disappointed with the online menu prices for Kristofor's Endicott, N.Y. I phoned in an order for 3 dozen wings which stated $8.00 a dozen. When I get to the restaurant to pay, I am told $10.99 a dozen, I show them my phone with THEIR menu and price for their wings. They tell me that is a picture of an "old" menu (from 6 years ago) and did not honor that price. Kristofor's, DON'T you think you should update the website with correct prices instead of using a 6 year old menu? Not even an "I'm sorry.", just charged me an extra $9.00 for 3 dozen wings. Unprofessional, non-caring customer service. An apology would have made the experience a little more tolerable. NOT a good way to start off 2021,...
Read moreCan we call this a nice dive bar? Mostly made up of locals, but always welcoming. I feel bad saying dive bar, because it's much cleaner than most dives I've been to and it's more of an older quiet crowd than your average dive. There are many tables and even a more restaurant half to the bar that is separated so you can bring your kids out for good pizza and not actually take them to a bar. Nice pizza and really good buffalo wings. It's a lighter almost oily sauce on the wings, but it keeps you eating just one more. Even when it's packed you can usually get a table and overall there is a...
