McDonald's — Restaurant in Town of Union

Went to this McDonald’s because it was right next to the hotel I was staying at for the night. Was very tired and wanted something “ quick” to eat. Walked in and no one else was waiting for food or ordering. Used the self serve kiosk because no employee would acknowledge me to take my order. Which I guess is how fast food is nowadays. Placed my order at 6:08pm which was printed on receipt. Waited 5 min… order not ready still no one ordering inside or waiting for food and maybe 3 people total eating there food in lobby. 10 mins goes by and I am still waiting… 15 mins goes by no acknowledgement of can I help you or what are you waiting on, nothing from any employee. So I politely say excuse me like 4 times before someone even looks in my direction. An employee walks over and I say to the employee I have been waiting for my food for over 15 mins. Employee takes my receipt and is seems completely confused and says they are making it now. Waited about another 5 mins finally received my food. Big Mac and fries were awful. Cold and gross. $13+ for a meal and a 20+ min wait for fast food and even worse service. No Thank you. And These teenagers and young people are making $15 an hour working at McDonald’s. Where is good service these days? Is it to much to ask to be provided...

Worst service I've ever seen. I went there before work to enjoy breakfast inside. No one was there and it took them 20 minutes to give me my order. Then didn't even give me the right sandwich. I ordered a number 1 and 13. The 1 was right, but they kept getting the 13 wrong for some reason. I don't know what didn't click with them. They gave me a egg white muffin, then a steak muffin with no egg, and totally didn't even put our pies on the order either. After waiting over 25 minutes, I had to take my meal to go. Almost out of the parking lot and they STILL didn't get my sandwich right. Came back in to tell them and they were like "didn't you order a steak muffin" I said NO a 13 like I've said many times. She then asks me "what's a 13 then" don't you work here?!?! How don't you know what a 13 is??? Then finally got my sandwich and all the manager says is sorry about the wait and turns around. WOW I can't believe I as a customer was questioned about my order. Questioned about even what the menu is. What sass. Horrible service. I had to tell people in line to go eat somewhere else because I had to wait for 30 minutes. Sad I couldnt enjoy breakfast. 15$ wasted on...

McDonald's isn't known for their great customer service, or even order accuracy. However, this location takes it to a whole new level. I've given up on going there, but up until recently stopped semi frequently on my way home from work. I've had several 30 minute plus waits with no one else waiting, employees have double charged me and straight lied to me saying the prices had gone up recently, frequently got wrong orders, frequently had items missing from my orders. The management tried to apologize once by giving me a free meal. After waiting 30 minutes for this free meal an employee asks me if I'm waiting on something. During this time I can hear people in back arguing about what to do. Admitting that it's a rediculous wait time for chicken nuggets and fries. Saying they couldn't do a refund because it was already free. In the end, rather than actually speak to me, the manager sent out a nervous 15 year old who handed me some coupons and just walked away without a word. I manage a restaurant for a living, so I know mistakes happen; but this is rediculous. By far the worst restaurant...
