The pictuRes I took are DISGUSTING !! I would never feed that to anyone let alone my child or my family! We went back to show them and the man auromaticallt was yelling at us telling us yes they are fresh that’s just extra breading!! Get your money back if you don’t like it and get out !!! SO AWFUL SO TUDE my fiancé was showing them each and every one wing and asked them if they would eat that and he just kept saying get out get your money as I said I was hoping for new wings with my rice not my money back and they didn’t care !! Than refunded me ONLY for wings and not my rice so I told them I need a full refund I came to eat rice and chicken wings not just rice !!! They refunded me but continued to be rude this is DISGUSTING!! I wish I could show you the pictures of the wings that were given to us I’ve been trying to upload the pictures but they aren’t uploading!!! DO NOT GO HERE WASTE OF MONEY!⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️❌❗️❗️❗️❗️ HUSBAND IS SO SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Awful customer service so awful I am disgusted by him❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❌ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

I've had it with the husbands rudeness... the wife is always apologizing for his behaviour... I usually spend over $40 in every visit but one night I went in and he was so rude I left to Sardo's Pizza in the same plaza. The wife went to Sardos and apologize to me and my family in a attempt to win back business... we went back that night because of the wife... but never again. I go to the one near Tops now, even though H and K is only a 2 minute walk from my home... I've run and own family restaurants and no matter the stress, personal or business situations we affront, we never treat anyone with disrespect. There is...

I have moved from Utica, New York to bville a little over 3 years ago... Utica is a small business city, I love Chinese food, so I stopped here 3 years ago, the food is great, the restaurant itself could use some updates, but there is a husband and a wife that own it... she is extremely nice, but watch out for him, he is very very very rurde... and if it's not him, it's their children...
