This Dunkin' Donuts experience was incredibly disappointing. While on a university tour with a friend, I found myself standing in line at what I can only describe as one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts establishments I've ever visited.
As I patiently waited in line, I observed a fellow student ahead of me attempting to pay for their order. However, it quickly became evident that there was an issue with the card machine that hadn't been addressed. Despite the situation being out of the customer's control, the cashier and their colleague responded with an unacceptable lack of professionalism.
Instead of handling the situation with courtesy and understanding, they resorted to yelling at the student, displaying a shocking disregard for basic manners and customer service principles.
