Best bubble tea in Binghamton!! Don't be scared that its an on-campus location, 2nd Heaven is the best in the area since they use actual tea, milk, and juices to make their drinks --- NOT powders! Service is super quick.

One thing to note, they cook the tapioca in batches and so if the current batch runs out before the next one is done, you might have to wait up to an hour if you want tapioca (bubbles). Seems less of an issue...
