Some of the girls at the counter are very snotty.

Apparently there’s a new soft serve for butter pecan, and I wasn’t aware when ordering. Until it was served. I asked if this was new and the girl at the counter caught an attitude because I asked if they can please change it to hard ice cream. When she changed it she didn’t even acknowledged me, just left the ice cream on the side, and when back for my cone.

It’s a good thing they are always pack, but management needs to look into the way they handle customers.

Delicious; they have a lot of variety of ice cream. I try to pick a different flavor each time i go. My all-time favorite is Grape Nut... still waiting to have this one from them....lol. There are long lines sometimes, and that's because it's a great place. The workers are fast, though. They will also give you a sample taste..all you have to do is ask for one or two.

Update: Phil, Thank you for letting me know that you have some Grape Nut. I just had some and it is amazing. The history of my liking for Grape Nut is because it was a favorite of my mother, aside from Rum Raisin. So, I grew up enjoying both. During these trying times the owner seems to have enforced rules for covid-19 protection. I am all for this to ensure public safety. BUT it seems the owner treats people of color that visit his establishment with nothing short of rude displays of forcefulness and acts of micro-aggressions. I myself have experienced this with the owner himself singling out my friends and I while other people particularly white people were allowed to go unchecked. Now with all due respect I feel the owner needs to take a look on the inside and figure out why he feels the need to pay more attention to people of color than white people.
