T.A.'s Place — Restaurant in Town of Walton

Wish I could give the service below 1 star I gave this place 3 tries First time with my wife and child. Older service woman was short with us, my wife caught licking her fingers to pick up napkins/plates.

Second time I went in with just my daughter and I wasn’t even greeted, but the people that walked in right behind us were( my daughter and I are both brown people). So we ended up just leaving, after the amount of stares we were getting from patrons and server

Third time, I called in my order. The server was actually really nice over the phone.. it was someone much younger and looked either new or I’ve just never seen her there.. I went in to pick up order, and sure enough older server looked passed me and ignored me. Younger server was very friendly

You can put your own conclusions together but I’m done giving it a try and I will not recommend to anyone. Food is mediocre...

I was in Delhi for 5 days attending Recovery Coach training in May. T A's was the perfect spot for lunch. If you love diner food this is the place to go. They have a wide selection on their menu, as well as daily specials. The prices are reasonable and portion sizes are reasonable depending on your appetite. Their burgers are hand made, not frozen pre-made patties. I had sweet potato fries with my burger plate that were super yummy. The tuna club I ordered was big enough to be two meals! My training buddy had a spinach feta omelette most every time we ate there and she loved it. All of the waitresses were friendly and helpful. The place is a local place and you can tell they really do not welcome people not from there . I have becoming to this town many years and It was my first time here . I usually go to Delhi for food . The food was a 3 because it wasn't that good . The eggs were runny , the potatoes had no taste , and they forgot my coffee . I had to ask 3x for it and the blonde waitress just laughed .The people at the table next to me were complaining also The waitress was busy gossiping with another customer about someone .
