Average sub on the best possible day generic chewy bread very little meat /cheese, almost laughable....... will say that the tomato onions and lettuce were fresh even though you could barely tell they were there for an $8 to $10 sub ,beyond ridiculous....... unfortunately, few are the choices in this town, but the sandwich shop at sonoco gas station is hard as it is to believe it is better. Very disappointing that a business that's been around this long would be thus bad..... seems like they must new owners or the old just couldn't care either way 1st time and last.... Read moreWow...what a gem! Don't let the picture of this cheddar horseradish bacon burger fool you. It was the best burger since the bacon bleu burger I had at the City Kitchen in NYC. The burger was perfectly cooked. The flavors worked well together. The french fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and you could tell they were cooked in clean oil. I wish I had a place like this nearby my house and not two hours away. My buddy had the sausage parm sub and was raving about it too. Everyone that works here is very friendly.
