Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Wappinger

Ended up here by accident! Had been driving for 4 hours and needed coffee. I stopped going to Dunkin about 4 years ago because the stores are generally not clean and their frappuccino or whatever it's called is almost always has a very a stale/sour milk. Thought I had punched in Starbucks in the GPS! I was so tired that I went in there without even realizing that it was Dunkin and I of course carried my Starbucks mug. The cashier looked at me like why I was carrying and I was like why not! Anyhow I ordered Frappuccino for me and an item for friend. It wasn't until I poured that frappuccino into my my Starbucks mug that I realized that I was in the wrong store. BUT the reason for the review is that I was pleasantly surprised to see a very clean Dunkin store. It likes professionally managed & was spotless! After getting back in the car, I took a sip and I realized and yes the milk tasted sour. So I will stick to Starbucks but if anyone is looking for a clean Dunkin place, this is it! I stopped into this Dunkin' Donuts on Saturday, June 21st, right at noon. I always make it a point to go inside rather than use the drive-thru—my daughter worked at Dunkin' for years and always said inside customers are the ones who usually tip, and I like to reward good service.

Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment. I waited nearly 15 minutes for a simple coffee order. During that time, multiple customers went through the drive-thru and others picked up online orders, while I stood there being asked four times what I had ordered—but no one ever actually made my drink.

I really love this Dunkin, every time I go and get a cup of coffee iced/hot it always tastes fresh and exactly how I asked for it. I enjoy their wake up wraps when I am in a hurry to get to work and get the kids on the bus and didn’t have time to make myself something to eat. The wraps are light on the belly and again freshly made each time I go. The women and men at the drive through are always pleasant and friendly. Greeting with a good morning what can we get for you. If you are in this area I suggest going this Dunkin and trying their latest flavors that never disappoint....
