Very cute place, my brunch was delicious. I asked for hot chocolate, it took forever to make and they were not busy. I received my food before my drink, it tasted like hot chocolate and coffee 🤮 I can never understand why they think they can run hot water through a coffee machine and have it taste like hot chocolate. I told him, he removed it from the table but never asked if I wanted anything else. I sat with nothing 🤔 Also I always check my ketchup before using it, I unscrewed the top 🤮🤮 it had hard black crust around the rim, I took a napkin to wipe it off, it was caked on, it wouldn't come off. 🙄 please that's basic hygiene.

Unexpectedly had one of the best breakfast sandwiches of my life today when I took my barista Max’s suggestion and ordered the Royal Pain (Pain in the A** w/an egg). Wow! I don’t know how I’ll ever order anything else now. My son’s banana pancakes were on point and my wife loved her omelette as well. We brought our mugs from home to join the mug club for bottomless coffee since we live 5 minutes away and plan to be regulars at this humble yet fantastic spot.

Stopped by here with my family on a quick trip in Monroe. The food was amazing, the service was great, and it had such a cozy vibe. There's parking along the side of the building and was not crowded when we went at 10am on a weekday. We got two of their hungry mans, the challah French toast, and the hash skillet. They were all amazing. My mom especially loved how soft but not soggy the French toast was. Would highly recommend eating here!

People go to restaurants to feel cared for — to enjoy a relaxing hour and a good meal, especially when spending $60 for breakfast for two. Unfortunately, the owner of this otherwise charming little diner doesn’t seem to understand that.

Even though she had two young helpers, she seemed completely overwhelmed and disconnected. She didn’t greet a single customer with eye contact or a smile, and the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. It was honestly sad to see, especially in such a cute place with potential.

The food itself was decent, and it was understandably busy for a Sunday morning, but hospitality was nowhere to be found. After over 40 years in customer service, I would never dream of treating my clients the way we were treated today.

What’s worse — I had been here a few years ago and remember leaving with the exact same feeling. Some things clearly haven’t changed.

Ironically, there’s a sign on the wall that says, “If you’re going to be mean… leave.” Unfortunately, it seems the owner never took that...

Ordered French toast and sat down outside ordered our food , then about 15 minutes later a couple came and ordered there food they received they're massive meal prompty it took almost a half hour to received our French toast and granted it was good but the portion of hone fries I ordered on the side were incredibly small in 6 little peices of potato and the I went in to pay and it was 37$ crazy and I had asked the waiter if the bacon and sausage were included in the French toast meal in which he said yes and they change me 8 dollars for to small prices of bacon and a singular sausage paddy and when I said that the waiter said they were included she said "sorry he's new" then had me pay for it anyways. Overall a very bad experience. Women behind the counter was rude and they don't take responsibility for their waiters. Like I get it the kid was knew but why and I paying for...

I really don’t like writing bad reviews, but I feel it’s absolutely necessary in this case, hoping it will help the owners and staff improve. Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience at this restaurant. The man who welcomed us at the front didn’t make us feel welcome at all—quite the opposite. As we entered, he was sitting down with his head down, never looking up to greet us. In a gruff voice, without any warmth or acknowledgment, he simply said, ‘You can take a menu and grab whatever seat you want,’ without even checking if there were any seats available.

His lack of care and interest was astounding, and we felt completely unwelcome. Hopefully, this was not the owner, but to help identify him, he had short dark wavy hair. I truly hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests, as such dismissive behavior is unacceptable in any...
