Planet Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Warwick

Greenwood lake is small so there’s no a lot of choices unfortunately. Pizza tastes really good. Service is absolutely AWFUL no one there knows anything about the menu, they constantly deliver incorrect orders and the owner just says ok drive it back to me and I’ll replace it with absolutely NOTHING in return when the customer had to drive back and fourth and eat at-least an hour later than expected. Food is meh. I get sick EVERYTIME I eat anything there besides pizza. I always try and always regret it. Garlic knots are soo dry and barely warmed. I just thought I should finally leave this review after COUNTLESS times of the person taking my order putting down the wrong thing and not understanding plain English for the most simple orders. Owner is pleasant but again every time they mess up he acts like he doesn’t have to do anything for you and it’s annoying. OH AND DELIVERY DRIVERS DO NOT GIVE A RECEIPT EVEN IF THEY NEED YOUR SIGNATURE AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR MISCELLANEOUS THINGS SEVERAL TIMES THANK GOD I HAD THE KNOW HOW TO FEEL WEIRD ABOUT NOT HAVING A RECEIPT AND CALL THEM OUT ON IT Over all pizza is soo good but the people running it...

I’m staying in Warwick and decided to order out my first night because I drove all day and night. I read their reviews and decided on a Cobb salad and a cavatelli pasta dish. After an hour, I called the restaurant asking where my food was and the girl had no idea where it was so I asked for a manager. He located the driver immediately after wasting 5 minutes with the girl. Now to the food… Starting with the salad, the chicken tasted like frozen seasoned Perdue fake chicken, I couldn’t even it!! Then the pasta! The dish had literally not even one full sausage link sliced in it and the oil it was cooked in was halfway up the aluminum take-out tin. I drained the oil out and the pasta was just drenched in it and not enjoyable. I don’t know why I would choose them over a real Italian pizzeria, lesson...

We love having planet pizza in town. When you are busy with lakelife or caught up on a snow day with home projects, they are there.. open and ready to deliver. Have we had problems with incorrect orders? Sure… but that is unfortunately the way of the world these days. Over the years we have come to see that the owner Hector works very hard and if you have an issue and voice it to him, he will make it right.
