Usually very good. Used to go here frequently. Had dinner there this evening and it was not good at all. I ordered the same dish I always do, nachos fajitas. It was not made the way it usually is. The meat is usually fried like it is for fajitas with onions, peppers, and tomatoes. Chicken looked like it was boiled and never saw a grill, barely visible onion at best, no peppers or tomatoes except for the little they put on top. Supposed to be served with beans, no beans. When they took my barely touched plate, never asked if there was a problem since it looked like I didn't eat any of it. When I said something, all they had for me was excuses that the kitchen can't keep up. So I paid for a meal i didn't eat because the cooks can't keep up and they make the dishes the quickest way they can, even if it means leaving ingredients out and not cooking it the way it is supposed to be. It would be different if I ordered something and just did not like the dish, but this was one that I always order and was not good. This was not the first time, I let it go in the past and did not say anything, but this time I did not let it go, guess I should have as saying something only got me excuses. Not even an "I am sorry". They didn't seem to care that I wasn't satisfied and that I now used to frequent the place. Maybe they will care when they realize they haven't seen me in...
Read moreMy review is solely based off the restaurant’s customer service, or lack thereof. I completely understand there is a pandemic and was glad to see there was a restaurant that actually had dine in so we could celebrate my husband’s birthday. I work in healthcare and take social distancing very seriously. That being said, my husband came in first with one of my sons to look at the menu and I came in later with my other son. I was heading to take my sons to the restroom in the back when one of the workers began to basically tell me off in front of other customers about not going in and out of the restaurant. Granted it was my first time inside the restaurant and I hadn’t even been inside for a minute. I told her that my husband was at a table and was going to order. While I was waiting outside the restroom, I could overhear her having the same conversation to my husband about the same thing. He told her that he was still looking at the menu and that he was planning to order food. It was just a very frustrating experience and needless to say, we did not order any food and left. I was highly embarrassed and we will be going somewhere else to celebrate...
Read moreMy family has eaten here two or three times and enjoyed the food and drinks and the staff/service were ok each time we ate there. Today I was looking to plan a dinner for our family who came into the area from out of town. I called ahead (2pm on a Friday) to inquire about their vegetarian options and if there was any meat, dairy or eggs in their beans and rice. The gentleman who answered the phone kept cutting me off telling me that he was to busy to talk to me and then hung up just as I was trying to ask if they took reservations. I called right back (same gentleman answered), to ask if they accepted reservations for larger parties, he quickly told me no and (once again) said he was to busy to talk to me then hung up on me a second time. After that poor customer experience, I decided to take my family (15 people) elsewhere. I’m sure the restaurant will be too busy to care about this...
