The Green Apple — Restaurant in Town of Waterloo

My girlfriend ordered me the omelet bar on door dash. It came old and the home fries had too much spicy black pepper on it. Who puts a large amount of black pepper on there customer's food with out there costumers permission. The spicy black pepper burnt my mouth. The toast is suppose to crunch not be soggy gross. Had to reheat the omelet just too eat it im diabetic and my sugar was slowly going down thats why i ate it. My gf had a hot breakfast burrito that was also delivered cold this was un excusable. I want her money back on her card NOW. I do not know how they have a 4.7 star rating if this is the bad service we got. They must have there friends and family put reviews up. Will we ever eat from there again HELL NO will we recommend this place to our family and friends HELL NO. There are better places in Waterloo NY to eat at like The Star Diner on 5&20 north heading to Geneva NY from Waterloo NY. I'm ashamed to admit that this is a locally owned restaurant in my town. We can't and will not ever recommend this place to anyone not even to our worst...

This place is THE SPOT for breakfast on weekend mornings. Unassuming, but local and honestly pretty darn good diner style food. It is clear this is the place locals frequent for weekend morning breakfast.

We chose this place over the other person-named diners due to the images and reviews etc.

This is where you want to go for super friendly service and locals. We came with our service dog and the staff was super accommodating.

Super fast service. Pretty sure my cup of coffee never went below half! Food is super well Priced too. Next time I visit this is my breakfast spot.

Greeted right away at the door by owner, first thing I noticed was how clean everything is wow. Next thing I noticed was the beautiful layout they have with cool pictures all over the place. Very friendly waitress right on the ball. Large servings of food. I definitely recommend trying the pancakes they are very tasty. I had a burger from here as well that was cooked to perfection. I could tell right away it was well made in the first bite. Public restrooms that were very clean. This place is in clear compliance with coronavirus and honestly the cleanest place I have seen locally in a long time. I will be back and I will spread the word. Very tasty food and big portions. Waitress came over and asked me how I am doing today which is a rarity in today's society lol Very Awesome place...
