New First Dragon — Restaurant in Town of Waterloo

Best Chinese food we've had in a Long time! The crab rangoons were Amazing, crisp shells filled with an abundance of cream cheese and crab. The shrimp lo mein was tasty and there was a generous portion of shrimp. The pork fried rice and egg drop soup were both wonderful as well. The only thing we weren't wowed by was the eggroll, the shell of which seemed a bit thick and chewy. We stopped in to order take out and had our hot, delicious meal ready to go in less than 5 minutes! Very impressive. The cashier was very pleasant also. Our new favorite take out restaurant! I only gave them a 1. We figured since the new people took over we would give them a try. We were faithful customers to the last owners. Today we went in I got my normal crab Rangoon’s with garlic sauce and plain fried rice with onion. John got steamed dumplings ( which were see through and obviously made with canned meat). And general Taos chicken . Well for one the chicken wasn’t even spicy and the rice was burnt. My crab rangoon had a funny taste to them and my rice was burnt. I told the girl and the cook came out ( mind you she put my plate in the dirty dish bucket ) and took a Rangoon off the plate and ate it, and to boot the lady took one off the plate and did the same thing and ate it as she rung us out. I have been going to the new first dragon in Waterloo NY since they where called the first dragon back in the 90's. The New First Dragon is a clean comfortable sit down or take out restaurant. The staff is amazing and so is the food won't eat chinese food any where else. The staff will help make sure your dining experience is one you will never forget.
