Keg & Barrel on Keuka Lake — Restaurant in Town of Wayne

The “Keg and Barrel” is by far, the new go to. The staff are professional, educated and assured customer satisfaction. The actions of the employees were orchestrated to benefit every costumers happiness individually. The kitchen and the bartender were incredibly busy during my visit. If anyone felt slighted, it’s through self pity as everyone seen how busy the the flow was and were patient to receive a professional/friendly welcome. Hats off to these two that “never” stopped with food and drinks today. If someone were wanting to build a place, “The Keg and Barrel” would be the perfect template. My wife and I came in mainly for drinks, as advertised, and we stayed because of the experience. Alandis ("Lando") as our bartender was beyond amazing. He took great pride and excitement in making the various Old Fashions that it added to the whole experience. He even had a dedicated station at the bar just for making Old Fashions. The drinks themselves were fantastic, but the fact that they genuinely cared about the customers' reaction conveyed that extra level of involvement. One of our most favorite places in the Finger Lakes region. They have an outstanding selection of beer on tap...never a problem to find an old favorite or try something new. Their selection of wines is a perfect balance of many area wineries. And they have a full bar if that is your thing. The food selection is not too extensive, but everything we've tried is always fantastic. We've enjoyed the patio with it's beautiful view. We always stop in when they have Friday night live music.
