Starbucks — Restaurant in Town of Westmoreland

On the semi with my fiance' and thought I was gonna get a treat. Get there and it's only 5:30 and they was closed. I asked the people behind the gate and they said they closed at 6.... Why didn't they serve me and why was everything closed up already then? I asked the ladies at the travel place thing next to it and they said they close at 4 to be out by 6. Not happy at all. First time being in New York and I'm already disappointed. I was willing to pay $15 for the coffee cause everything is so expensive up here, but I guess I will settle for a $5 coffee monster...

Cashier made me repeat my order three times, and then still got it wrong. The baristas forgot my cold foam, and then had an awful attitude when I told them they messed up even though I was being polite, and then when we told the cashier we ordered a venti he went and told the baristas and they just started saying “you get a venti, and you get a venti.” Then, they handed me back my grande drink when I ordered a venti....

I got a large Frappuccino then walked over to Burger King and I went to put it down and somehow I dropped it and it spilled all over the counter in the Burger King manager who is awesome in my opinion walked over to the Starbucks venue and got me a brand new one and Starbucks had no problem and they made it fantastic thank you to Burger King and to Starbucks for being such great people and having such great...
