We (our party of 5) were blown away at the quality and quantity of food. Each dish was uniquely delicious, hot and ample. The bottled wine price was reasonable and the homemade desserts out-of-this-world. Definitely try the bolognese, meatballs, and stuffed shells. We're definitely going back!

We just found CHAMPS in #WhitehallNY—What a #CulinaryGem đŸ’« The food is DELICIOUS 😋 and compares to some of our favorite Italian restaurants in NYC. The atmosphere is homey and charming. The service is warm and attentive. The owners, welcoming, hospitable and dedicated to their craft and clientele. The following dishes were A+ / 5* —Crispy Calamari w/Homemade Marinara Sauce—Lobster Bites w/Homemade Dill Dipping Sauce—Penne Ala Vodka and Fettuccine w/Chicken—Wine was also yummy đŸ·.

Open for Dinner, we can’t wait to bring our kids next time!

Champs is a little hidden but worth finding. They have a bar, an open kitchen and a friendly atmosphere. Had the chicken cacciatore and sampled the chicken parmigiana, both were excellent. Well seasoned and not over salted like the chain restaurants, al dente noodles, tasty marinara, all top notch. Bring your appetite or prepare for leftovers as portions were pretty big. We had never been there before. Ordered calamari it was rubber. Fish didn’t taste right and the chicken Marcella was in a load of liquid and chicken was like rubber. She didn’t even dare to taste it

And charged us $50
