Mark's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Williamson

We are regular customers here since we live fairly close. Today I ordered a pizza online and wanted the cup pepperonis, I had no idea it was a specialty pizza. When we called to have them switch the toppings you can hear in the background they were upset because they already started it. When I went to go pick it up they canceled my card payment and charged me more without telling me it would be an additional charge over the phone when I originally called. So I had to pay more, which I would have never switched the toppings. I asked to speak to a manager or for them provide me with a number to call corporate and the girl laughed at me and called the manager over. I explained I didn't care about paying the extra at this point but why wasn't I told in the first place. He apologized. The girl who laughed came back and threw the plates on the pizza box and said "you have a two liter too" and just walked away. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will not be returning and will be contacting whoever I need to to make sure the employee is taken care of properly for her rudeness. Best advice, just go to a pizza place in Ontario. They are cheaper, quality is just as good or better and they don't have bad employees....

I'm one of those people that read all the reviews and tried Mark's Pizzeria anyway I ordered pizza and sides over the phone and in spite of the fact that my dumbass got there an hour late they still made sure that my food was hot and fresh!!! Don't pay attention to all the negative reviews that you see and read, Go there and try it for yourself you will be surprised the food is great the People Are Awesome don't believe everything you read people are more apt to leave bad reviews than they are good!!!
