WOW!! So excited this business opened 5 minutes from my house. Let’s start with what needs improving…inside could be picked up a bit and the coffee game is weak. Like an iced coffee is a hot coffee with ice and flavor pumps are the same you’d buy from grocery store. The good! Kids all receive free donut holes just for walking in and spending time there. That was an incredible surprise and kept my kids busy. Donut prices and portion sizes are great. I love that when you buy a dozen you actually get a Baker’s dozen and that just makes you feel like you’re beating the system. They have special donuts every day and the special donuts seem incredible! We bought a half dozen and got to experiment with several varieties and I’m happy to say outside of ridge donuts this is the best donut place I’ve experienced in the greater region of Rochester. The fillings are really good and tasty. The donuts are not overly sweet and sugary which I really appreciated. The dough is a great texture. Wow!!! Went for the first time today since they’ve been open. Very nice selection of donuts and they are HUGE! Breakfast and lunch selections served all day till they close. I enjoyed the sunny special which was a breakfast sandwhich with spuds and a small coffee. So so so so good! The cannoli donut? To die for. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can’t wait to go back! I know they are still figuring things out since they are still working out the kinks. A queue line would be helpful for knowing where to stand to place an order and guiding people to move down/over to pay and then pick up their order. It’s small inside and got a bit crowded with everyone grabbing orders to start their day and head to work. Despite minor wait times and the hubbub of busyness. I’m sure they will figure out a better system for ordering and picking up so that it’s less chaotic and more a smooth flowing line.
