Save yourself the headache and either go to a different Dunkin location or better yet take your business somewhere else. This Dunkin has a really bad habit of messing up a majority of their orders. I went in this morning, now normally I order threw the app but today I went threw the drive thru. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and only was charged for one. When I went back inside I told them I had only gotten one. They told me if I wanted to get in line I could pay for another one. No I just waited my turn in line threw the drive thru. They proceeded to tell me we’re not just going to give you a free sandwich. Okay but you admitted to hearing me say I ordered two but only charged me for one so how is that my problem. The workers here are extremely incompetent. The mess up was on their part and with the amount of money I spend at Dunkin it was extremely ridiculous to be treated like that as a customer who frequents Dunkin daily sometimes even twice. I guess you don’t need a high school diploma to work here considering they don’t know how to press the 2 button. Shame on management for allowing your incompetent employees to speak to customers the way they do. I’ll just take my business to Stewart’s. They are a lot more friendly and I’ve never had them...
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and the drink and donut we ordered was on par with our expectations. My daughter ordered the glazed donut, I had the frozen matcha latté. I didn't hear any complaints about the donut, it being a donut after all and an unexpected treat on our way home from an event. Children today often don't appreciate the simple things, like a glazed donut. I blame the media, or possibly pulsars. My matcha latté was not really a latte, more like a frap, or a smoothie, but I won't argue semantics with the honchos at corporate. It was a fine smoothie, tasty and satisfying. I probably won't be heading back into a Dunkin donuts for a very long time, but that's by no fault of the lovely staff at this particular...
Read morewent today and ordered 2 drinks. One I asked for light ice. When the brought the drink out the cup had light ice...and had liquid only 3/4 of the way up. I pointed and said "wait? why is this like this? can you fill it up" with that the girl said 'we dont fill up all the way with light ice, its the managers rule" I laughed and said give me a break. She turned around and filled it up all the way. When she came back I said "I come here all the time and never had this happen" with that she was kinda snotty and said frustrated "I am not arguing with you!". OK. thanks for not arguing. But really? After all the drinks we have had with way to much ice, you are going to start skimping on liquid now....
