**Disappointed with Tonight’s Order** Unfortunately, our first experience with Rustic Pizza didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped. (Was really hoping this would be a gem.) When we got home, we realized the chicken tenders and sauces for the mozzarella sticks were missing. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times but only reached the answering machine. I ended up driving back, only to find out they had simply forgotten to put them in the bag—glad they had them, but it still cost me an extra 15 minutes. When I finally sat down to eat, I was disappointed again—my Piping Rock sandwich was missing both the prosciutto and arugula, leaving me with just a turkey sandwich for $14 that was very underwhelming. On top of that, the parking lot was extremely slippery and unsafe. Please consider salting or sanding, as it could be a real hazard. I slipped on it each time I was there.

To quote my husband while he bit into the margarita and bbq pizzas "Papa John's is better" and "Rustic got rusty". BUT The *wings are good* and the broccoli pizza is decent. Overall for a pizza place their pizza is VERY disappointing, the dough is chewy, and the margarita pizza was the worst I've had (mozzarella isn't fresh, red sauce is heavy and like tomato paste and the basil is chopped and seems like they cooked it with the pie instead of outting fresh leaves on top after cooking). For the prices they're charging its not worth the risk and we won't be returning.

Rustic Pizza and Eats is a nice restaurant that offers a variety of good choices on it's menu. The service here was very good and fast. It is easy to order takeout online or by calling. The pizza here is good, not great. It has a doughy bread like quality to it and the sauce is alright. The salads, wings, and soups here are very good. It is easy to check their menu online. They are conveniently located right off of Route 9 right next to Olde Saratoga Miniature Golf. Give it a try!

We had loved the broccoli pizza and wings. However, we ordered from here recently ( 2 pizzas wings and salad) and got home to find we received one incorrect pizza and had no dressing included for our salad. I called and was told I could come back to get what I needed. I explained this isn’t acceptable as I’d have to drive all the way back over and I’d just like credit for what was incorrect. I was told management would have to call me but no call has been made to us over the past couple of days. Also, the other pizza that was correct (the broccoli one) was overcooked and extra greasy this time. Even the way it was cut-it looked like a five year old cut it because the slices were so uneven and odd. It was very disappointing and nothing like our other experiences. They have a help wanted sign-maybe this is why the poor experience but to not even get a call back was disappointing and makes us want to go elsewhere next time (and...

Heed my warning. The food here is addictive. First you try the pizza and it hooks you immediately. If you can tear yourself away to try something different, go for the humongous wings with homemade blue cheese dressing or the craveable mozzarella sticks. If you're daring, ANY sandwich with the most amazing homemade, lose-sleep-at-night-thinking-about-it rolls. You will find yourself craving any of them. Your mom will wonder why you stopped coming for Sunday dinner. You'll hate Monday even more because they're closed. Your kids will start referring to the staff as Aunts and Uncles. Your pets will never see a doggy bag again. Don't say I didn't warn you and save some for...
