Ray Ray’s Pizza Shop — Restaurant in Town of Wolcott

This is the second time ordering from this place and once again we received nothing but huffing and puffing about having to take a order. I don’t understand how you can huff and puff bout someone ordering food when your hired to take orders. That’s your job. Real confused as to how these guys keep having service because everyone so far that we’ve had from phone ordering to delivery has been a total jerk. Maybe should rethink about getting new staff because this is ridiculous. Here for vacation and have to say it’s a outrage people act like this at their job. Is there a manager around at all cause I don’t know any other place who allows their co workers act like this. Let’s not forget about during our order you can hear petty comments from back workers. Maybe don’t worry about it and do your job. I’ve never had so much disrespect from workers. Absolutely sad. People have no respect at this place. Can’t forget the deliverers for this place. Lemme tell you. You say how are you to them when they get to the door and they ignore you and just yell your total out to you. God forbid you try being friendly to the people who work here. Go anywhere but here. Cause the customer is far from right...

poor excuse of a pizza shop that goes out of their way to be rude to the customer. My coworker ordered a calzone (which he does multiple times a week) from this establishment, got busy and called back to see if they could deliver. They said he needed a minimum order of $25. He said he would pay $25 for the calzone total so they could keep the rest as a tip they said "no, it doesn't work like that" in a rude tone so he cancelled the order(within minutes). Today he calls to order food from them for dinner and they say they will not make his salad until he pays for the Calzone from last time after they refused to take his money. The owners son/manager has a serious attitude problem that should be addressed as mentioned in many reviews and Facebook posts before this one. There are only so many people and businesses in this town and if you treat them all like trash they are going to stop coming to you even if the food is halfway decent.

While camping a Fairhaven State Park this weekend, my son and I took a "Pizza Tour" of the area. We drove about forty miles total, and used Google Reviews as our guide. While at a pizza shop down the street from Ray Ray's, we were disappointed in all the pizza we had tried to that point. Ray Ray's didn't come up on our Google Search, but I am glad we made a last second decision to stop in and try it. It was the best pizza that my son and I had tried in the area. We proceeded to place a large order of three sheet pizzas, two buckets of traditional wings and a bucket of boneless wings, along with an order of chicken fingers. Every employee was fantastic, our order was ready exactly on time when we requested it, and all the food was hot and delicious. Try the garlic parm boneless wings, you will not be disappointed.
