Krolick's BBQ — Restaurant in Town of Yorkshire

I HIGHLY recommend them! I’ve been to there Chaffee location several times dating back to 13 years ago when you pulled up and got a bbq on the weekend and went on your way. I’m an activities director at an assisted living facility we have a friends and family picnic every August for the last 8 plus years. We’ve had food trucks other company’s in the past. Today we had Krolicks and it was the BEST FOOD WE HAVE EVER HAD at our picnic. The residents loved it the staff loved it and the families loved it. We served 300 plates and had left overs. Absolutely wonderful and outstanding! They were very easy to work with on a menu delivered our food all the way to LeRoy and were outstanding all the way around. If you’re looking for a caterer or food in general GET THERE! My administrator has already said they’re definitely on our list to return next year! Krolick’s absolutely crushed it! 🔥 We had them cater our party, and WOW, it was phenomenal! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Ordering was super easy, and they even called a few days beforehand to confirm all the details... talk about professional!

They showed up a few minutes early (major win!), which gave us time to set up and get guests eating right away. And let me tell you... the food was next-level delicious. Everything was piping hot and packed with flavor.

We ordered the pulled pork, 1/4 chicken, mac & cheese, and salt potatoes and every single item was a hit. I don’t even usually eat pulled pork, and I had TWO sandwiches. That’s how good it was! The chicken was, as always, fall-off-the-bone tender and full of that signature smoky flavor.

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing bit It was definitely pretty okay but super basic. When I go to a barbecue joint I expect flavor. The pulled pork was alright The brisket was meh so and so it was a dry. The sides and the rolls though are where they really fell through. I ordered an order of "salted butter potatoes" hey were literally small-whole potatoes boiled and then put on my plate absolutely no flavor. The mac and cheese was the same stuff you'd buy at Walmart and cook for your kid in a couple minutes. The rolls were probably the cheapest rolls that they can find in bulk probably won't go back it definitely wasn't bad by any means but it lacked imagination, flavor and effort.
