Panda Wok — Restaurant in Townsend

We've been going there for several years. The food has always been good to great. We've only been there ONCE in the past 7 months (We were in Florida). We stopped in today for lunch and were DENIED SERVICE!!!!!! She said I complain too much and they can't satisfy us!!!! They would not seat us! I was shocked... There have been a few times when I told them I was a little disappointed in the food, but no big deal. I've never demanded my money back, been rude, or not left a tip!!!! Zero stars and a call to the board of health! I'm sharing my experience from New Year's Eve. My family and I got food poisoning last night so bad that I can't even get up. I ordered 100$ worth and order all the time from them. Fairly large amounts. My neighbor got food poisoning too from them and when asked for a refund they denied and said contact insurance. My family and I used to enjoy this restaurant as it’s right down the street from our house. We ordered dinner here for New Year’s Eve and all wound up very sick and puking all night and New Year’s Day. We contacted them to let them know how sick we were and believe it was from contaminated food as that’s all we ate for New Year’s Eve. The woman on the phone was not very friendly. We were told if we were looking for a reimbursement to contact their insurance company. Not worth filing a claim with insurance for 60 dollars. Rather disappointed by the way we were treated though.
